FOX Entertainment Global is responsible for overseeing the global, multi-platform sales and distribution of intellectual property, owned and produced by FOX Entertainment and its growing portfolio of business units including FOX Alternative Entertainment, MarVista Entertainment, FOX Entertainment Studios, TMZ, Tubi, Bento Box and Studio Ramsay Global as well as, premium content acquired from outside producers.
FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Content Sales for Latin America. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Manager of Content Sales is a key driver of revenue growth, connecting our global stories with networks, streamers, and emerging platforms throughout the region. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in content sales across all platforms, a strong understanding of the Latin American media landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. This Manager of Content Sales will help monetize our growing portfolio of incredible, entertaining products.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver on sales targets annually for the region
Drive content licensing strategy and execution across Latin America for all platforms and outlets (broadcast, cable, SVOD, AVOD, etc.)
Manage high-volume deal negotiations across multiple rights and windows, while optimizing for long-term revenue growth
Create and present compelling pitches tailored to client needs; manage the full sales lifecycle from availability listings to deal closure
Develop and deepen relationships with key buyers, streamers, broadcasters, and emerging platforms to expand FOX's market footprint
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, Operations, Rights Management, Finance, and the rest of the sales team to support seamless deal execution and client service
Contribute to annual sales forecasts and market planning
Participate in and represent FOX at major global content markets (e.g., MIPCOM, MIP Cancun, Content Americas, LA Screenings, as needed) and client meetings across key territories
Maintain and report accurate sales pipeline activity using Salesforce and other internal systems
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in television content sales, with a focus on Latin America
Proven success negotiating and closing complex content deals across diverse rights and platforms
Strong working relationships with buyers across Latin America; understanding of both regional nuances and pan-regional dynamics
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align internal and external stakeholders
Deep knowledge of international television distribution, rights management, and industry trends
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
Self-starter with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese fluency
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Rightsline

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00-100,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $70,800.00-83,300.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
